We are looking for a dedicated QA Automation-minded professional, who likes to provide practical solutions. Our QA team focuses on testing all software products regardless of their platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building up automation framework, provide solutions for different uses cases varying from Front to backend testing and providing a standard reporting Dashboard.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in building an end-to-end automation framework(s) for different applications or systems with supporting reports
  • Design, implement, and maintain advanced automated test scripts using any automation tool
  • Develop and integrate test automation utilities, and integrate test and issue management tools within the automation framework.
  • Develops standards, KPIs, and identifies opportunities in improving automation processes
  • Maintain effective daily communication with team members via stand-up meetings, documentation, and status reports.
  • Investigate and resolve operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.
  • Design and develop test utilities and harnesses using Java, Python, or other functional languages.
  • Produce test reports; Document and manage defect identification through resolution and closure.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience working in Software Testing with Automating software testing
  • Drive opportunities and lead efforts to improve existing test infrastructure or create new test infrastructure to increase efficiency and productivity in test case development, scheduling, or deployment.
  • Experience working with Capital Markets (Preferred)
  • Define and lead new initiatives in the QA automated testing field
  • Strong understanding of automation frameworks and concepts.
  • Experience with building an automation framework with supporting schema and reporting
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Proficient in scripting languages Python, R, or other functional languages.
  • Experience in writing complex SQL queries
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to think of creative solutions to systems-based issues.
  • High attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to others.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Preferred)

Flexible working options: on-site, hybrid

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST (to support global teams and business hours overlap).
