Customer Service Associate.

Inbound Voice Process (No Sales & No target).

Freshers and experienced both can apply.

Assisting the customers by providing resolution to their problems and fulfilling the queries over the call.

Rotational shift of 9 hours and 1 rotational week-off.

Salary 14k - 18k CTC.

Languages Oriya and Assamese along with Hindi, Bengali, & Enghlish (fluency required in any 2 languages).

Role & responsibilities: -Handling Customer and providing them with resolutions
