We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, functionality, and space planning, along with the ability to transform client requirements into innovative and practical designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Create design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
  • Develop detailed floor plans, color schemes, and material selections.
  • Source and coordinate furniture, fixtures, lighting, and décor.
  • Work closely with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
  • Stay updated with design trends, sustainability practices, and innovative materials.
  • Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • Proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Strong visualization, space planning, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and project coordination skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
