Architect

We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring innovative, sustainable, and functional designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications based on client requirements.

Collaborate with clients to understand vision, goals, and budget.

Prepare detailed construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.

Work closely with engineers, interior designers, and project managers to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design execution aligns with plans.

Research and apply sustainable and modern design practices.

Use CAD, BIM, and other design software to produce 2D/3D visualizations and models.

Present design concepts to stakeholders and address feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Valid architectural license/registration (preferred or as per local regulations).

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar.

Strong creative, visualization, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
