About the Role

We are looking for a highly talented
Senior Visualizer / Art Director
with a proven track record in creative design and advertising. The ideal candidate brings
5–8 years of experience
in conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual campaigns across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

This role demands a strong sense of visual storytelling, design finesse, and the ability to translate creative ideas into impactful communication. You'll work across multiple brand verticals, delivering work that is both strategically aligned and visually outstanding.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop strong creative concepts and visual ideas for campaigns, branding, and digital communication.

● Execute high-quality designs across formats including print, OOH, social media, video, and web.

● Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and account managers to ensure cohesive creative output.

● Translate brand strategy into effective design solutions with attention to detail and aesthetics.

● Design storyboards, key visuals, and layouts that align with campaign objectives.

● Adapt and localize global creative ideas to suit regional sensibilities and brand tone.

● Manage multiple projects with consistency, creativity, and efficiency.

● Stay updated with current design trends, technology, and tools to bring fresh perspectives to every project.

Required Skills & Expertise

● Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

● Strong sense of design composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

● Ability to conceptualize independently and execute end-to-end creative solutions.

● Solid experience in advertising and brand communication.

● Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across campaign work, branding, and digital assets.

● Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work.

● Good communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with creative and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

● Degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or equivalent.

● Prior experience in a reputed advertising agency or creative studio.
