Job Description:

Tax Technology RPA & Browser Automation Engineer

Location: India (Hybrid)

About the Role:

Be at the forefront of digital transformation by joining our RPA team. As a Tax Technology RPA & Browser Automation Engineer, you will develop and maintain end-to-end automations to streamline repetitive processes and enhance productivity across global tax operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy robotic process automations using UI Path and Automation Anywhere
• Automate browser-based workflows and routine data extraction tasks
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain RPA bots for stability and scalability
• Engage with process owners to map, review, and optimize business processes before automation
• Document technical designs, solution architectures, and user guides
• Keep abreast of RPA trends and apply emerging tools in automation projects

Key Skills Required:

• 1–3 years' experience in RPA, automation, or process improvement
• Hands-on with RPA platforms: UI Path and/or Automation Anywhere
• Familiarity with VBA, Excel Macros, and browser automation frameworks: UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, browser macro tools (e.g., Macros), and Python scripting with Selenium/Beautiful Soup
• Experience in tax, accounting, or compliance domain is a plus
• Effective communicator and team player, able to explain technical concepts to non-technologists
• Passionate about process improvement and digital enablement for tax or finance

Education:

• BE/B.Tech., M.C.A., M.Sc. Comp Sc., MTech.
