Role Objective:

To drive customer retention and engagement initiatives by managing training, development, and performance of the sales force. The role demands high energy, innovation, and a relationship-focused approach to enhance renewal rates and customer satisfaction.

Functional / Business Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships across levels to achieve retention objectives.
  • Identify and assess current and future needs of employees, focusing on end-to-end processes, skills, and knowledge.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training and development plans.
  • Conduct effective orientation, and training sessions on process.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of orientation and report outcomes.
  • Provide continuous learning opportunities and ensure alignment with best practices and industry trends.
  • Stay updated with trends and innovations to enhance program quality.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Strong people management and team development capabilities
  • Project management and execution skills
  • Stakeholder management across internal and external teams
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Full-time Graduate / Postgraduate
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in training, retention, or sales enablement roles (preferably in insurance industry)
