Role Overview

  • As our Senior SAP EHS & Sustainability Consultant
  • you will steer end-to-end implementation of SAP EHS and sustainability solutions.
  • Your technical leadership will drive product compliance environmental management and GHG tracking while enabling clients to meet their ESG goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 3+ full-cycle implementations and multiple upgrade/support projects in SAP EHS and Sustainability
  • Analyze requirements, develop blueprints, and configure modules: Product Safety, Incident/Risk Management, Dangerous Goods, Occupational Health, Environment, and Management of Change
  • Build and optimize Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) frameworks, mapping GHG scopes and sourcing ESG data from diverse systems
  • Design data acquisition plans for sustainability metrics feeding SAP SFM and EHSM
  • Create RFP responses, demos, POCs, and technical documentation; develop and deliver user guides and training for seamless adoption
  • Configure and integrate sustainability-focused modules: Audit Management, Management of Change, Product Stewardship, Datasphere, and Workiva ESG tools
  • Provide post-go-live support, including issue resolution, master data uploads, UAT, authorization, cutover, and training

Must-Have Skills

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP SCT, S/4 HANA EHSM, Product Safety & Stewardship, Sustainability Footprint Management, Datasphere, Audit Management, and Change Management
  • Hands-on Ability: End-to-end configuration, data uploads, enhancements (BADI/USER-EXIT), Webservice setups (SOAP/REST), and performance tuning
  • Integration Experience: Ability to integrate SAP and non-SAP systems for ESG data flows

Domain Knowledge:

Strong understanding of EHS processes, GHG scopes, and SAP data modeling
