expanding to an omni-channel presence. We manufacture our own high-quality products in factories based in

Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.

About you:

Were seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead and elevate our in-house creative team. Youll oversee

Graphics Designers (who handle photo editing, infographics, banners), our Video Editor, and our 3D/AI

Designer—plus manage all product photoshoots. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a product-

based (for e.g. D2C) background and proven team-management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:


•

Lead the Design Team: Mentor and manage Graphics, Video, and 3D/AI designers; set priorities, review

work, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality assets.


•

Oversee Photoshoots: Plan and direct product photography shoots—from concept and styling through

post-production—to maintain brand standards.


•

Define Creative Vision: Establish and enforce visual guidelines, workflows, and best practices across all

channels (e-commerce, web, social, print).


•

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Merchandising teams to align on

campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.


•

Integrate AI & New Tools: Evaluate and implement AI-driven design solutions (e.g. Midjourney, Veo,

etc.) to streamline processes and push creative boundaries.

Required Skills:


•

Seasoned Leader: 5+ years in a product-focused design environment, with at least 1 year managing or

supervising a creative team.


•

Design Expert: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) plus familiarity with

video editing (Premiere, After Effects) and basic 3D/AI workflows.


•

Photography Savvy: Hands-on experience with shoots, understanding lighting, styling, and post-

production retouching.


•

Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate brand goals into compelling visuals and scalable processes.


•

Portfolio Required: Demonstrates breadth across graphics, video, 3D/AI design, and photography

projects.
