We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing layouts across digital and print media, the ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas, and proficiency in industry-standard design tools. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and storytelling ability to bring brand communication to life.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design visually compelling layouts for digital, print, and outdoor media.

  • Conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into engaging visual communication.

  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to align designs with campaign objectives.

  • Create static, animated, and video-based assets for multi-channel campaigns.

  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.

  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to keep work innovative.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

  • 5–7 years of proven experience in graphic design (agency/brand side preferred).

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

  • Strong knowledge of layout design, typography, and color theory.

  • Hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics.

  • Ability to ideate concepts, visualize campaigns, and deliver within deadlines.

  • Attention to detail, with a portfolio showcasing layout and design excellence.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
