Client On-Boarding Professional

Join our dynamic Client On-Boarding Team and play a key role in creating a seamless experience for new clients across the globe.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the seamless onboarding of clients.
  • Maintain and update client data with accuracy and integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and global regulatory standards.
  • Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and respond to data-related queries.
  • Prepare and deliver reports to management on client onboarding activity and status.
  • Ensure secure handling and storage of sensitive client documents.
  • Provide regional support aligned with Singapore and Hong Kong business hours and holidays.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, banking operations, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of client documentation requirements (individuals, corporates, trusts, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of data integrity.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills — written and spoken English is a must.
  • Comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to embrace change.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with client databases and document imaging systems is a plus.
