Your work directly contributes to keeping this vital network running smoothly

Core Responsibilities:

  • As the Preventive Maintenance Tracker, you will be the backbone of our maintenance compliance system, ensuring no critical task is missed:

  • Calendar Management: Maintain and update the Preventive Maintenance (PM) calendar for all operating sites.

  • Compliance Tracking: Track weekly PM completion status and identify all overdue maintenance items.

  • Verification: Review and verify submitted evidence photos and maintenance forms for accuracy and completeness.

  • Escalation: Timely escalate gaps, non-compliance, and delays to the relevant Head of Department.

  • Reporting: Maintain and update the PM compliance dashboard for senior management review.

What We're Looking For:

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Key Skills:

  • High proficiency in Google Sheets for data management and reporting.

  • Excellent Scheduling and organisational abilities.

  • Strong Follow-up discipline and persistence in chasing pending tasks.

  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in all submitted evidence.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role, plant coordination, or operations support.

  • Basic working knowledge of maintenance procedures or plant equipment is highly advantageous.
