**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Arc Furnace Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of Arc Furnace equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards.
- **Heat Treatment Furnace Maintenance**: Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of heat treatment Furnace equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards.
- **PCB Circuit Knowledge**: Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and repairing PCB circuits within the industrial setting, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- **Overall Maintenance Expertise**: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment throughout the Steel Foundry and Machine Shop facility.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities, prioritize tasks, and implement solutions effectively.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond promptly to electrical emergencies, employing quick and effective problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions to operations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and equipment inspections. Generate comprehensive reports as needed for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering **or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a Steel Foundry and Machine Shop environment.
- Proficiency in **Arc Furnace operations and maintenance.**:

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose electrical issues accurately.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as required.

- Valid professional certifications or licenses related to electrical maintenance (if applicable).
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
