You will be responsible for implementing processes to support hyperscaling across HR, finance, IT, and legal / compliance. You will also play a critical role in strategic planning as Auxia expands. This dynamic role is ideal for candidates who want to gain exposure to a wide range of business-critical functions. It is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to build a breadth of experience at a high-growth startup.Responsibilities
  • Develop and own scalable processes across back-office functions (HR, finance, legal, IT) to streamline operations
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities to foster a collaborative company culture
  • Monitor and manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and other administrative needs
  • Provide support for special projects, helping to develop and implement process improvements as Auxia scales
  • Act as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR and operational questions, ensuring a supportive and well-organized work environment
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff, Finance Manager, Recruiter, and Office Administrator to prioritize and execute critical initiatives
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting or business operations, preferably within a high-growth technology company; MBA is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate to executive-level audiences
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven track record of designing and implementing new processes across functions
  • Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
