As a Senior UI/UX Product Designer, you will take the lead in crafting engaging, user-centered digital experiences that drive interaction and satisfaction across both web and mobile platforms. You'll translate complex ideas into intuitive interfaces that meet business goals while enhancing usability and accessibility. Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams, you'll ensure every design decision aligns with user needs and strategic objectives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values creativity, and is passionate about delivering design excellence at scale.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • User Research & Strategy: Conduct user interviews, persona creation, and usability testing to uncover user behavior and preferences.
  • End-to-End Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs for both desktop and mobile interfaces.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff and product alignment.
  • Information Architecture: Develop logical user flows, intuitive navigation, and clear content hierarchy.
  • Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable design systems that ensure visual consistency and efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze user feedback and analytics data to optimize the user journey and enhance engagement.
  • Accessibility & Quality: Ensure products meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and are optimized for responsiveness and performance.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior designers by sharing best practices and encouraging innovation within the team.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 7–8 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools like InVision.
  • Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or WebEngage for user data interpretation.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a deep understanding of design systems and accessibility principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Passion for innovation, design thinking, and creating seamless digital experiences that leave an impact.
