Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Manager located in Bengaluru. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company's fleet operations, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, scheduling and dispatching vehicles, maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspections, and ensuring that all fleet operations are conducted efficiently. The Fleet Manager will also analyze fleet data to improve operations and manage the fleet budget effectively.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations
  • Competence in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management
  • Experience in Operations Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
