About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Admin cum Recruiter to provide high-level administrative support to senior management, manage day-to-day office operations, and handle end-to-end recruitment activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Assistance

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior executives.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain office files, databases, and records.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication professionally.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Provide support beyond standard office hours as required.

2. Recruitment & HR Coordination

  • Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand requirements and update on recruitment status.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and assist in onboarding formalities.

3. Office Administration

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior executives.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain office files, databases, and records.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication professionally.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and conferences.

Key Requirements:

  • 39 years of relevant experience in a blended EA/Admin/Recruitment role.
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule; ability to work evenings/weekends when needed.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
