About the role

A 360° HR professional will manage the entire employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and exit processes. This role ensures smooth HR operations, fosters a positive work culture, and aligns people strategies with business goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of labour laws, and the ability to handle both strategic and operational HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Conduct end-to-end hiring: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and feedback sessions.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Performance Management
  • Implement appraisal systems, KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
  • Facilitate training and development programs.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Draft and update HR policies in line with labour laws.
  • Exit Management
  • Conduct exit interviews, process full & final settlements, and analyze attrition trends.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a generalist or full-cycle HR role (for mid-level positions).
  • Candidates from Architecture, Design & Build firm or Real Estate firms are preferred but not a mandate.
