Job Title: Operations Expert-I

Job Summary / Overview:

  • We are recruiting candidates with experience in Chat/ E-mail drafting, preferably someone with customer support experience.
  • Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns via chat/Voice with a keen focus on effective communication.
  • Your primary goal will be to ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to all incoming chats while maintaining ambitious standards of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Handle queries and problems of the customers.
  • Location -Chennai
  • Work Mode - From Office
  • Excellent Written & Spoken English Skills.
  • Should be within the Boundary limits for cab facility.
  • Follow a Night shift schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure round-the-clock customer support coverage.
  • Salary Slab - 23k CTC/ 18500 Take Home.
  • Graduate and Undergraduate candidates can apply.
  • Experienced candidates must have minimum 6 months of experience in BPO sector with valid documents i.e., offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last three months' salary slip.
  • Must have excellent command in English and good communication skills.

**Candidates who have MTI in their speech and pursuing education will not be considered.

Working Schedule:

  • 5.5 days working with rotational shift and 2 days rotational off.
  • Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.
  • Casual leaves won't be entertained for the first three months apart from week offs.
