About the Role:The Consultant - Project Management at Qrate will facilitate and support the client and lead in the designing, implementation planning, tracking and review of the projects in order to achieve the project deliverables. This position will work closely with client teams to achieve their business strategical goals on time and within the budget. This position will collaborate with client teams to ensure quality documentation, and support with monitoring, reporting and analysis.• Ensure timely and quality project documentation and planning in terms of project design, Workplans, budgets and specific and emerging needs of the projects are planned systematically and documented in keeping with the client's business objectives.• Review project status and performance, analyze project strategies and implementation to achieve project goals within the targeted timeline. • Strengthen the operations and lead the development and implementation of data tracking systems.• Oversee the implementation of data systems based on client specifications and ensure routine tracking of project progress against deliverables and activities are conducted for accurate decision making.• Manage and ensure timely documentation of reports, statistics, and information in order to provide data to internal and external parties upon request and conduct quarterly review meetings and develop quarterly reports.• Equip client teams with the use of project tools and trackers to ensure there is knowledge of reporting requirements.• Equip the clients to design and manage their projects. Design and oversee product development, experience, training of all client teams in keeping with the client's business model.• Track client work through reporting and analysis and conduct project audits as necessary for the clients in order to ensure that project goals are met.• Carry out any additional requirements within the purview of the role as assigned by the company. Supervisory and Collaboration:• Reports to: Project Management vertical lead• Works closely with: Client teams, external stakeholders and internal Qrate team members.Education & Experience:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, management or related fields• Experience in project and process management.• Knowledge and experience of standards relating to design, planning, monitoring/measurement is an advantage.• Experience in managing project finances and budgets and skilled in working on data software and web -based tools.• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem -solving skills.• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with experience working cross -culturally in diverse environments.• Proficiency in planning, organizing, and multi -tasking to manage complex client projects effectively.• Skilled in group facilitation and consensus -building, ensuring alignment across client stakeholders.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.Travel and Special Requirements:• This role is required to travel to the Qrate office and secondary client locations from time to time
