Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for invoice processing.
  • Responsible for reimbursement processing.
  • Responsible for deducting TDS for vendors.
  • Responsible for depositing and filing TDS quarterly returns other than salary and issuance TDS certificate quarterly and annually.
  • Responsible for bank reconciliation in Tally ERP.
  • Responsible for accounting entries, maintenance of books of accounts and balance sheet on monthly basis.
  • Knowledge of deducting and depositing statutory dues like PF, ESI and LWF.
  • Knowledge of preparation and filing of GST returns as per requirements GSTR-3B and GSTR-1.
  • Knowledge of MIS on daily weekly or monthly basis, cash flow and P & L etc.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0.

Qualification:

1. Graduation is must. Undergraduate and result awaited do not apply.

2. Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in accounting.

Working days: 5 Days

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
