MARKETING|SALES|BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through face to face interaction, phone and email, we'd like to meet you.
JOB LOCATIONS: TELANGANA: Candidate Requirement-2 (Languages: Conversable in English Telugu and Hindi Mandatory) And would be Okay For Travelling and Meeting Clients.
We would like to On-board Applicants Preferably from Furniture Industry or Connected to Cinema Industry. Salary as Per the Market Standards and Based on Your Previous Pay and Experience.(CTC Would be 30K. and +INCENTIVES Based on How you Achieve your Targets.)
Responsibilities
Find prospects and leads.Travel to the clients place/site is compulsory. It can be either inter-city,
Intra-state or inter-state.Learn details about our products and services.
Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants.Explain how our solutions align with their pain points.
Client and site visit has to be arranged whenever needed.Up-sell when appropriate.
Follow up with hot clients & Market IntelligenceIdentify buyer personal profiles.
Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting.Consult with marketing team to ensure the efficiency.
Track and monitor your work.Prepare and present reports when needed.
Attend sales educational events and seminars.Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
Report to management team or immediate head on a daily basis.Detailed account of the expenses has to be given to the finance team on a weekly basis.
Qualifications
Minimum education qualification - Bachelor's Degree.Hold on regional Languages such as – Good Conversable English and Regional Languages Telugu and Hindi.
Minimum 1-3 years' experience working as a Sales Executive/ Manager or similar role.Proven record of successful deals closed in B2B sales..
Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing.Great command of MS Office, Excel and CRM tools.
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's successCritical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Team player.Excellent leadership skills.
Good time-management skills.Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Should have great negotiating and rebuttal techniques.Self-motivated.
