Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive based in Chengalpattu. The Account Executive will manage financial transactions, oversee accounts, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining financial records, preparing reports, analyzing financial data, processing invoices, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks. The role also involves providing support during audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with experience in data entry and reconciliation
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and generate accurate financial reports
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the organization for financial processes
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle financial discrepancies efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in the manufacturing or appliances sector is advantageous
