Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital, including inventory, receivables, and payables

  • Prepare and deliver Working Capital MIS reports with actionable insights

  • Design and maintain dashboards to track metrics like inventory health, STR%, Q2, and liquidation

  • Conduct weekly and monthly working capital forecasting and modeling

  • Manage the Open-to-Buy (OTB) process in coordination with BizFin and IPC teams

  • Analyze performance indicators and communicate variances against plans and AOP

  • Prepare and submit MEC files related to inventory on time

  • Drive automation initiatives with data analysts to improve efficiency

  • Develop and maintain G&A MIS reports, highlighting expense trends and variances

  • Support G&A AOP development in collaboration with department heads

  • Review and approve G&A expenses in line with budget and policy

  • Ensure timely submission of provision inputs to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: CA or MBA in Finance

  • Experience: 1–2 years in working capital management, financial analysis, or related fields

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with data visualization tools, and basic SQL knowledge

  • Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders
