A. General Purpose of the Job

The Business
 Intelligence & Data Analytics will lead reporting, data insights, and process optimization initiatives while supporting US-based clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires working in the 
US shift
 to align with client operations, reporting schedules, and communication needs.

B. Essential Job Functions

1.
Business
Intelligence & Reporting

• Lead end-to-end reporting and analytics using SQL, DB2 (AS400), Crystal Reports, Ontario Reports, and Artiva datasets.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership and US-based clients within strict timelines.
• Build, automate, and optimize dashboards, KPI reports, and operational performance metrics (roll rates, contact rates, payments, penetration, etc.).
• Update and distribute monthly department performance and productivity reports.
• Act as the analytical resource for cross-department special projects and client-driven reporting needs.

2. Artiva & System Expertise

• Work across Artiva RM (Dev/Test/QA/Prod) environments for reporting, data extraction, configuration support, and system enhancements.
• Support Artiva namespace maintenance, role-based access, and security configuration.
• Provide operational support to the Collections team, including performance analytics and skip tracing oversight.

3. Data Management & Technical Operations

• Write, execute, and optimize complex SQL queries across DB2 (AS400) and Intersystem Caché databases.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to gather 
  business
   requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage secure file transfers, PGP encryption, and automate report delivery using GoAnywhere.
• Perform data validation, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions for process improvement.

4. Project Management & Process Optimization

• Lead analytics-driven projects supporting 
  business
   units and US client operations.
• Evaluate existing systems, workflows, and reporting processes; recommend improvements and drive implementation.
• Provide reporting support and operational insights to leadership across the US and India.
• Maintain effective stakeholder relationships and work under pressure to meet US-shift deadlines and deliverables.

C. Marginal Job Functions

• Participate in prioritizing system fixes, enhancements, and new reporting requests.
• Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.

D. Qualification Standards

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience
   in 
  Business
   Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles.
• Hands-on experience with 
  DB2
  , 
  AS400
  , 
  SQL
  , and enterprise BI/reporting tools (mandatory).
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in 
  Artiva / Finvi collection systems
  .
• Prior exposure to US-based clients or US operations is highly beneficial.
• Experience in collections, financial services, or operations analytics is a plus.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong expertise in SQL (DB2, Caché) with a solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Crystal Reports, Ontario Reports, and 
  business
   intelligence/reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of KPI reporting, operational trend analysis, and productivity metrics.
• Experience working with AS400 green-screen commands, DB2 queries, and CL scripting (preferred).
• Working knowledge of secure file management tools such as PGP, SFTP/FTP, and GoAnywhere.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with US-based clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines effectively, and adapt to the requirements of a US shift.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
