Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and other supplies as per production requirements.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.
  • Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance (FSSAI, GMP) in procured materials
  • Maintain purchase data & reports in Excel
  • Assist in budgeting and cost control for procurement activities.
  • Handle official correspondence through email effectively

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree

  • Experience : Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in purchasing role, preferably within the Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic.

Knowledge of:

  • Pharma raw materials & packaging materials
  • Basic vendor management & procurement cycle
  • MS Office (Excel, Word) / MARG ERP software

Skills:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
