Are you a product-minded technologist who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation? Medijourn is seeking a strategic Tech Product Manager to join the Founder's Office and be the central architect of our technology stack. You will translate the founder's vision into reality, building and scaling the core platforms including our proprietary B2B medical query management platform, internal ERPs, and next-gen AI agents that power our growth across global markets.

In this high-visibility role, you will:

  • Own the Product Roadmap:
     Define and execute the vision for our B2B query management platform (Medisupport), internal ERP systems, and new AI-driven automation tools.
  • Drive Digital Transformation:
     Act as the single point of contact between the Founder and development teams/agency to streamline complex business processes and replace manual workflows with intelligent, scalable technology.
  • Build the Future:
     Spearhead the integration of AI and automation (like LLM-powered agents) to revolutionize how we manage medical queries, partner onboarding, and operational data.
  • Lead End-to-End Delivery:
     From concept to launch, you'll manage the entire product lifecycle writing specs, leading sprints, and driving UAT to ensure flawless rollouts.

You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • 4-7 years in a Product Management, Technical PM, or Functional Consultant role, with hands-on experience in 
    ERP
     (e.g., ERPNext, SAP) or 
    SaaS platform
     implementation.
  • Experience and knowledge of AI & ML solutions to complement the existing frameworks
  • A proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
  • Experience with API integrations, web/mobile app development, and a keen interest in practical AI applications.
  • Stellar communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

  • A background in healthcare, SaaS, or complex multi-entity businesses is a significant plus.
