The Opportunity

Are you a relationship builder with a knack for driving growth? We're looking for a
Senior Business Account Manager
to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the face of NoBrokerHood, responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with apartment owners in your assigned territory.

This isn't just about managing accounts—it's about maximizing their value. You'll be a key player in our
post-sales strategy
, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving escalations, and identifying opportunities to upsell new plans and features. You'll also lead a team of Junior Account Managers, mentoring them to success and helping us expand our footprint.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships:
    Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with all on-boarded apartment owners.
  • Drive Revenue Growth:
    This is a key part of your role. You'll be responsible for growing your account portfolio by actively
    upselling better plans and additional features
    , successfully renewing subscriptions at the end of their period, and leveraging referrals to create new sales opportunities.
  • Lead and Mentor:
    Guide and manage a team of Junior Account Managers.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction:
    Handle all post-sales support and escalation management, ensuring a seamless experience that leads to client loyalty and further sales.
  • Become a Product Expert:
    Educate clients about new NoBrokerHood features and offers to demonstrate ongoing value.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned professional with
    3+ years of experience
    in account management, including
    1+ years of team leadership
    .
  • An exceptional communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Hindi and English; knowing a regional language is a plus.
  • Comfortable with field travel and a flexible schedule, including working on weekends with a weekday off.
  • Highly organized and proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • A graduate in any field.
  • Mandatory:
    You must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver's license.
