Role & responsibilities

  • An expert facilitator on contract management, advising stakeholders on the HCP contracting process for all markets served and cross border requirements, and local transparency requirements are met.
  • Pre-Contracting Awareness: Maintain awareness of pre-contracting steps, including underlying policies and procedures related to the contracts and the contracted activities within scope.
  • Accountable for own actions contributing to the execution of all events, in accordance with Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) as well as statutory compliance requirements for the market served. Conducts due diligence across all activities.
  • Accountable for data quality and completeness within systems and forms, to ensure accurate, timely and actionable reporting against KPI and SLA metrics
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships across the matrix environment, building alignment and strong communication with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with members of the EMCoE organization seeking advice where appropriate.
  • Supports driving the strategy for continuous improvement with standardization, automation, and process simplification.
  • Responsible for ensuring speed with escalation and resolution of issues relating to all aspects of meetings management, contracting and HCP payments
  • Risk Management: Identify and analyze relevant risk drivers and effective strategies to mitigate potential negative impacts.
  • Continuous Learning: Maintain active knowledge of contracting policy, news, and events.
