Job Title: MERN Stack Developer

Location: onsite (IIT-Ropar) Rupnagar(Punjab)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working days: 6 days( Monday-Saturday)

Experience Level: Mid-level to senior-level (3 to 6 years)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our team. You will work on building full-stack web applications using MongoDB, , , and The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end, and be familiar with collaborative tools like GitHub and basic deployment and testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node).

Collaborate with team members to create responsive, high-performance web features.

Use GitHub for version control and team collaboration.

Support the deployment process and help ensure smooth releases.

Contribute to writing and updating basic test cases to ensure application reliability.

Participate in team discussions, reviews, and planning sessions.

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with the MERN stack or similar technologies.

Good understanding of front-end and back-end development.

Familiarity with GitHub and version control best practices.

Exposure to basic deployment workflows (manual or automated).

Basic understanding of writing and managing test cases.

Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.

Requirements Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in agile or fast-paced development teams.

Personal or open-source projects showcasing MERN skills.

Interest in automation, testing, or performance optimization.
