Key Responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes across production stages.

Assist Quality Head in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO/IATF standards.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.

Handle internal audits, supplier audits, and support in external audits.

Monitor and analyze quality metrics like rejection rate, customer complaints, and inspection reports.

Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Supervise in-process and final product inspections.

Train and guide quality inspectors and operators on quality parameters.

Ensure calibration and maintenance of all quality equipment.

Work on continual improvement projects like Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma (if applicable).

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of quality tools: 7 QC tools, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.

Experience in ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards.

Hands-on experience with measurement instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication & team coordination ability.

Ability to lead small teams and handle pressure.

Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.

Additional certifications in quality management (preferred).

Language:

Hindi and Basic English communication skills are a must.

Should be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
