Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market research, reporting sales activities, and collaborating with the marketing team to strategize sales campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Lead Generation, and Client Management
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the HR consulting industry is a plus
