Telesales- Hindi/ Tamil

Location: Padivattom, Ernakulam

Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Qualifications: Any Degree

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi or Tamil and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and sales assistance in both Hindi or Tamil and English.
  • Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and needs.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure that every customer interaction is personalized, with no scripted responses.
  • Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi or Tamil and English.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to unique customer interactions.
  • Proactive and smart individuals who can contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
