Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support our real estate investment activities, including flipping homes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of real estate processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities: 1 . Property Research: Conduct online research to identify potential investment properties, analyze market trends, and gather relevant property data. 2 . Deal Analysis: Assist in evaluating property deals by analyzing financial statements, market comps, and potential renovation costs. 3 . Marketing Support: Create and manage marketing campaigns for property listings, including drafting property descriptions, coordinating photography/virtual tours, and posting on relevant platforms. 4 . Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, answering emails, and maintaining databases. 5 . Client Communication: Communicate regularly with investors, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on projects, address inquiries, and maintain positive relationships. 6 . Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and legal paperwork related to real estate transactions.
