Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at Koi - From the House of Akio for a Continental Chef - Commie 1, based in Dehradun. The Continental Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking various continental dishes, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. The chef will also assist in menu planning, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhere to safety and hygiene regulations, and collaborate with other kitchen staff. This role requires dedication to culinary excellence and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing and cooking continental cuisine
• Skills in kitchen management and organization
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Creativity and an eye for detail in food presentation
• Culinary certification or related qualifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
