Position: Scrum Master

Location: Bangalore Bagmane Tech park

Experience: Min 6+ years

Job timing : 3.00 PM to 1.00 AM - Hybrid

  • PMP (Professional in Project Management), Agile & Scrum project management (certifications preferred)
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders (Product Managers, RTEs, Product Owners) to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned and delivered on time, focusing on program-level goals.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple teams and lead team breakout sessions during PI Planning to coordinate dependencies, capacity, and risks.
  • Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across multiple teams
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies, with proven success in scaling Agile across multiple teams
  • Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Jira Align or similar tools.

Experience in release management and deployment processes is a plus.
