We're seeking a Marketing Manager who is both strategic and hands-on to help drive awareness, generate leads, and support national growth. The ideal candidate is experienced in marketing automation, email marketing, website and social media management, and creating effective sales and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns aligned with sales and growth goals.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing and marketing automation workflows.
  • Oversee Whizara's website content and updates, ensuring a strong digital presence.
  • Manage social media accounts, including planning, posting, and engagement.
  • Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and one-pagers for sales support.
  • Coordinate content creation (blogs, newsletters, case studies) to support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Track marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align messaging and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in EdTech, education services, or SaaS.
  • Proven experience with email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content management, and social media strategy.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
