Position: Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Mumbai Andheri West

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timings : 12-9PM

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automation, IaC (Infrastructure as Code), observability, and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Implement and manage virtual networks, load balancers, firewalls, storage, and compute resources.

Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.

DevOps & Automation

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

Automate operational processes: deployments, backups, scaling, monitoring, and configuration.

Containerization & Orchestration

Build and maintain Docker images and containerized environments.

Manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, GKE, or self-hosted).

Implement service mesh, ingress controllers, and container networking/policies.

Monitoring, Logging & Observability

Implement monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, CloudWatch).

Configure logging, tracing, and alerting systems.

Analyze system performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Security & Compliance

Implement cloud and infrastructure security best practices (IAM, encryption, secrets, policies).

Manage vulnerability scanning, patching, and compliance (ISO/SOC2).

Perform incident response and root cause analysis.

Collaboration & Documentation

Work closely with developers, QA, security, and product teams.

Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

Participate in on-call rotations for critical systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.

Proficiency in Linux administration.

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools.

Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Scripting skills: Bash, Python, Go, or similar.

Experience with logging/monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, CloudWatch.

Strong understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPC, VPN, routing, load balancing).
