About the Role
We're seeking a Lead Product Designer to champion customer-centricity in product design. You will ensure that every feature we build not only meets business goals but also resonates deeply with user needs and emotions.
What You'll Do
Lead design for user-facing product features with a customer-first lens.
Drive design quality and ensure emotional design principles are applied.
Conduct immersion sessions to understand diverse user groups.
Balance business requirements with user needs in design solutions.
Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align on outcomes.
Mentor peers in applying customer-centric design thinking.
What We're Looking For
5–7 years of product design experience with B2C exposure.
Strong ability to advocate for user needs while balancing trade-offs.
Skilled in interaction design, usability, and emotional design practices.
Portfolio that demonstrates customer-centric problem solving.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
