Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, promoting best practices, and implementing coding standards.
  • Participate in architecture discussions to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-12 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
  • Strong understanding of Spring Boot framework for building microservices.
  • Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies.
