Roles & Responsibilities

As a
Java Lead
, you will:


Lead & Guide:
Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative environment.


Deliver Excellence:
Design, develop, and deploy highly available, low-latency, and cost-optimized cloud-native services at a global scale.


Mentor & Coach:
Help junior engineers grow, provide constructive feedback, and share best practices.


Ensure Quality:
Set and uphold high engineering and operational standards.


Collaborate Strategically:
Work closely with leadership to shape technical direction, growth opportunities, and development strategies.

What We're Looking For

9–13 years of hands-on software development experience.

Strong CS fundamentals and expertise in
Kubernetes-based microservice architectures
, messaging services, API gateways, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).

Deep knowledge of
Java (Vert.x, Spring Boot)
and hands-on experience with
AWS
(GCP/Azure a plus).

Experience with
observability tools
(Grafana, Prometheus, Telegraph) and databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).

Proven ability to
design and scale systems
to handle millions of requests/day with high availability and low latency.

Operational experience (on-call rotation, incident response, playbooks).

Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
