Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Engineer, located in Baddi. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing power electronics and energy storage solutions. They will also lead project teams, oversee product development, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with other departments to enhance product performance and reliability. Daily tasks include troubleshooting, conducting performance analysis, and implementing innovative solutions to improve existing products.

Qualifications

  • Experience in designing and developing power electronics and energy storage solutions
  • Proficiency in testing and troubleshooting electronic systems
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills
  • Ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Relevant experience in renewable energy or power electronics is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field
