Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects.
  • Take responsibility for overall plant related trials, development.
  • Technical expertise of packaging material and know-how of overall trial procedure, defect analysis, sampling plan, troubleshooting etc.
  • Candidate needs to be through with shipper designing & transportation studies.
  • Manage Innovation Project from concept through commercialization and retail shelves
  • Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts
  • Represent packaging in cross functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savings
  • Conduct line trials
  • Conduct lab testing
  • Develop packaging specifications

Preferred candidate profile

  • BE/PG in Packaging from IIP/SIES.

    6 + years minimum experience in Packaging R&D for CPG, FMCG, Pharma or related industries

    Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Can join immediately or maximum 30 days.
