About the Role

UPBS Private Limited is looking for an experienced
Social Media Executive
with a strong background in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, executing paid campaigns, generating quality leads, and improving conversion rates. Experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, monitor, and grow social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand goals.
  • Execute and optimize paid social media ad campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve conversions.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion-driven campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as
    Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics
    , etc.
  • Strong communication, content creation, and analytical skills.
