Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in creating python websites
  • Should have atleast 2-3 live websites to show
  • Should be experienced in front end and back end
  • Can travel to thane
  • Is an immediate joiner
  • Basic knowledge of AI ML is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
  • 3+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
