Job Description:
We are hiring a seasoned Team Leader with strong expertise in US Travel Sales and PPC campaign calls. The candidate must have extensive experience in US flight sales, GDS usage, and leading high-performance teams. This role demands a proven sales closer who can drive conversions, manage teams, and deliver exceptional results in a competitive travel sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of US Travel Sales Executives handling inbound/outbound PPC campaign calls.
- Drive sales performance by coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Personally handle escalated calls and close high-value sales (flights, hotels, holiday packages, ancillary services).
- Ensure maximum conversion rate on PPC-generated leads and inbound calls.
- Maintain strong knowledge of fares, routings, airline policies, and ensure accurate information delivery.
- Track team KPIs, prepare daily/weekly performance reports, and implement sales improvement strategies.
- Conduct regular training sessions for sales techniques, GDS usage, and customer handling skills.
- Collaborate with senior management for process optimization, incentive planning, and campaign strategies.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in US Flight Sales (Voice Process), including at least 2 years in a team leader/managerial role/Similar role
- Strong background in PPC campaign calls and ability to drive high call-to-sale conversion.
- Proficient in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan).
- Excellent English communication skills (neutral/US accent preferred).
- Target-driven, strong leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work in US shifts (6 PM – 3 AM).
