Commis I

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in Dim sum, Sushi, and Wok cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in preparing high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
• Ensure all food products are stored properly and used efficiently.
• Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis I in a reputable restaurant or hospitality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
