Commis I

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis I to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for banquets and events.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commis I in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
