Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Technical Person to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and enhancing our technological resources, supporting our faculty and students, and ensuring a seamless learning experience through the effective use of technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support for classroom technology, online learning platforms, and administrative software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for faculty and students.
- Platform Management:
- Oversee the operation of online learning management systems and ensure content is updated and accessible.
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital resources for students.
- System Maintenance:
- Regularly assess and maintain the performance of hardware and software systems.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of technical resources.
- Data Management:
- Manage and analyze student performance data to inform teaching strategies and improve student outcomes.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with faculty to integrate technology into the curriculum effectively.
- Participate in strategic planning for technology initiatives and enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of learning management systems and online educational tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and tools relevant to UPSC preparation.
