We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer with Social Media Management experience to handle our restaurant/club's branding and the ability to create engaging content that attracts and retains our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging graphics, banners, posters, and promotional material for restaurant/club campaigns.
  • Create, edit, and publish Instagram Reels, Stories, and Posts to boost brand visibility.
  • Manage and promote the Facebook Business Page with regular updates and interactive campaigns. Facebook Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute social media strategies across platforms.
  • Run promotional campaigns to increase footfall, reservations, and brand engagement.
  • Edit videos and multimedia content using tools like Adobe Suite, InVideo, and Instagram tools.
  • Track performance analytics (reach, engagement, conversion) and provide reports.
  • Coordinate with the operations and marketing team to align promotions with events calendar.

Strong proficiency & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager (hospitality industry preferred).
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects).
  • Proficiency in InVideo, Instagram content creation tools, and Facebook promotion tools, design event promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media trends, influencer collaborations, and paid ad promotions.
  • Assist in designing in-house branding (signages, table cards, standees, LED promotions, etc.).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager (hospitality/nightlife/F&B experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant/club environment.
